A unique, holistic approach

From career development workshops and internship assistance to mentorship programs and financial aid resources, Arlnice takes student support personally and we approach it holistically.

We collaborate with HBCUs and predominately Black community colleges to ensure that our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of their students, providing early career transition opportunities and hands-on experiences as early as freshman year.
