Curriculum Development and Early Career Transition Programs

We are pioneering new ways to leverage modern technologies and strategies, make a real impact, and address the unique challenges HBCUs face, particularly the issue of limited resources. We are kicking off with a single pilot program to add value and supply unique opportunities for HBCU students and plan to expand nationally.

Arlnice collaborates with HBCU schools and associated community colleges to develop curricula and programs to prepare students for early career transitions and internship opportunities. These programs are designed to equip students with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experiences to begin internships and advance their careers as early as freshman year, setting them on a trajectory for success upon completing college.

By integrating curriculum development initiatives with HBCU schools and community colleges, Arlnice aims to provide students with a comprehensive educational experience that not only prepares them academically but also equips them with practical skills and industry knowledge from an early stage. This collaborative approach fosters stronger ties between academia and industry, facilitating smoother transitions for students into internship opportunities and professional careers.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to current HBCU students enrolled in participating institutions. Students may be required to meet certain academic and readiness criteria to participate in early career transition programs, such as maintaining a minimum GPA and demonstrating commitment to their chosen field of study.
