A Mission to Uplift HBCUs
Arlnice NFP is a nonprofit organization that is launching collaborations with HBCUs and predominately Black institutions (PBIs) in 2024 to develop curricula and programs that prepare students for early career transitions and internship opportunities. Our programs are designed to equip students with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experiences to enter internships and advance their careers as early as freshman year, setting them on a trajectory for success upon completing college.
By working with the schools to create and integrate these innovative curriculum development initiatives, Arlnice aims to provide students with a comprehensive educational experience that prepares them academically and equips them with practical skills and industry knowledge from an early stage. This collaborative approach fosters stronger ties between academia and industry, facilitating smoother student transitions into internship opportunities and professional careers.
Our programs are open to students currently enrolled in participating institutions. Students may be required to meet certain academic and readiness criteria to participate in early career transition programs, such as maintaining a minimum GPA and demonstrating commitment to their chosen field of study.
